Join us for our annual PAL golf fundraiser

Date: Thursday September 16th, 8:30AM (Shotgun Start)

The King Philip Girls Softball Team defeated Milford 11-1 on Saturday 6/19 at Worcester State College to win the Mass Division 1 State Championship. This was the first State Championship for King Philip.
Congratulations to the team, and to our PAL and Pride alumni : Captains Maggie Quealy and Cara Daly, Casey McCourt, Sara Hedtler, Jenn Robillard, Olivia Godin, Hailey Mullin, and Breanna Shaffer. |

| The PAL has been invited back again this year to join the Mansfield Youth Baseball League Fall Ball Season. This is a Sunday only league going from August 29th through October 31st (not to say practices won't happen during the week, at coaches discretion). There will be a total of between 8 and 10 games for each team. The age groups the PAL can place teams in are broken down as such: 6-7, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-15 (big diamond). The cutoff for each age group is the player's age as of April 30th of the following year (4/30/2011); therefore, kids are playing up a year.
Sign-ups for the 13-15 year old age group for the PAL's entrance into Mansfield's fall baseball league are very low. As of today there are only 4 confirmed sign-ups. This team is also in need of a coach. The season starts in 2 weeks and the Mansfield group is finalizing the schedules this week. If I DO NOT hear enough interest in players or a coach by Wednesday, August 18, the PAL will not be able to field a 13-15 year old team.
